Dang. This was some amazing Peruvian food.



A stir fry type assemblage of beef, onions, and french fries served next to a pad of wild rice all under two fried eggs and a fried plantain. Our glamorous model, Alicia, much enjoyed it.

If we didn't already have reservations at The Double R, I'd love some of this:

Citrus hot chocolate...
Lemon butter green beans with pine nuts...
Lobster parfait with tomato, hearts of palm, cilanto and avocado dressing...
